In this article, we will teach you how to prepare a type of sauce that is suitable for fish, various meats, vegetables, potato chips, and shrimp.

  • 3 tablespoons of dill (whether dried or fresh and finely chopped, it doesn’t matter).
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ cup of yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 50 grams of white flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of shredded coconut
  • A pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Salt, as needed

The first step in preparing the “dill” sauce is as follows:

  1. Turn on the heat under a saucepan and place it over low heat.
  2. Add 50 grams of butter to the saucepan and let it melt. If you prefer a greasier sauce, you can increase the amount of butter.
  3. Then add 2 tablespoons of white flour (you can also use wheat flour, but white flour is preferred for this sauce in terms of taste, color, and texture).
  4. Add 3 tablespoons of “dill” (whether dried or fresh and finely chopped, it doesn’t matter).
  5. Mix all the ingredients together and sauté them until the flour takes on a slight color.

The second step in preparing the “dill” sauce is as follows:

In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of thick milk (previously heat a portion of milk until thickened and set aside 1 cup for this sauce), 1 teaspoon of sugar, half a cup of heavy cream, and 4 tablespoons of non-sour yogurt. Mix all the ingredients together, and then add this mixture to the sautéed ingredients in the pan. Slowly combine all the ingredients in the pan over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce becomes smooth and thick. Keep stirring to prevent lumps from forming in the flour.

Please note that the translation assumes the term “dill” represents a specific ingredient or sauce name. If you need further assistance or if there are more instructions, please let me know.
After the sauce reaches the desired thickness over low heat, add 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice (you can also use the juice of a fresh large lemon, squeezing out all of its juice), a portion of shredded coconut, a portion of crushed red pepper flakes (you can also use black pepper), and a pinch of salt. Mix them together again and continue stirring over low heat for 5 minutes until the sauce simmers and is ready.
